Just Me and my Virgil's Cream Soda...

There are two things my husband loves that have totally rubbed off on me over the last few years...1)He loves eating burgers and fries, particularly from Pubs because they have really good burgers 9 out of 10 times. Once we started dating back in 2008 (for our 2nd time) we went out for lots of burgers, since then I have discovered I have a love for a good burger and fries, and probably eat them more than I should. Man, but they are soo good.
2)Andrew loves beverages, juice, pop, yerba matte, monsters....not so too much water, and he only drinks milk if he has cookies to dip into, and even then it's a rare occasion. I, on the other hand LOVE LOVE LOVE water. I would be content drinking that for the rest of my life, a nice cup of cold water is awesome. And I do enjoy milk. But now, seriously I drink waayyy more pop than ever before and way more juice.
And tonight I had a big craving for some really good beverages from "The Market", it has an amazing selection of cool drinks, and we like trying new ones often.
So tonight I took a 5 minute drive to the Market on Millstream. I got a lot of beverages...

I took Andrew's car and cranked up the volume on the radio. As I was driving home some good songs came on, and I was in my glory. I love driving listening to good music full blast and singing. I went home, dropped off the drinks, checked on Jayna, and asked Andrew if he minded if I go for a drive. He said to go for it, so off again I went!! I drove down to the ocean, Esquimalt Lagoon, parked the car, turned up the radio, sat on a rock on the beach and watched the waves, drinking my Virgil's Cream Soda. It was awesome. No one around. Stars up in the sky. Lights from the city shinning. The waves dancing into the shore. I was alone, which is a rare occurance these days. It was fun.
I'm so glad I have such a loving Husband who finds joy in the little things...from a good burger to a tasty cool beverage, to being happy when I'm happy, and letting me have some time to myself. haha. These are very small things compared to what he really does for me, but they make life more enjoyable. So my 1.5 hrs to myself was nice...just me and my Virgil's Cream Soda.
